How Much Will It Cost to Have Kathy McAfee as Your Conference Keynote Speaker?

Fees can vary, depending on how you use Kathy and her services. Here are some variables to consider when planning your meeting and creating a budget for her.

• the type of presentation – keynote, general session, breakout workshop, panel moderation
• multiple presentations – different or same-presentation repeated 1-6 times
• gifting a copy of one of Kathy’s books to each person attending the meeting
• length of presentation, i.e., full day (up to six hours)
• location or venue where meeting is being held
• expenses – actual, out-of-pocket, or inclusive with fee
• licensing fee – for permission to audio or video tape Kathy’s presentation
• customization fee – going above and beyond to create a personalized program for your organization/event
• terms – your choice between paying in full upfront or a 50/50 payment option

A typical investment on your behalf will run between $US 10,000-15,000 plus travel expenses. For some organizations or associations, the investment could increase, based on an inordinate number of variables chosen.
