How Is This Program Different?

The Fearless Leader is unlike the traditional leadership development programs that most companies operate.

This program is 100% virtual, cohort based, focused on mentoring, motivation, and accountability.

Participants who graduate from this accelerated program emerge more self-aware, more confident, more courageous, and more prepared for the next level of responsibility and career advancement.

As a member of The Fearless Leader program, you will be one of 12 cohort team members, all from different industries and backgrounds, supporting each other as we dig deep to strengthen self-awareness, expand leadership competence, and muster the courage necessary to lead our teams and businesses more fearlessly. (see attached brochure)

During the program participants will complete several leadership assessments (including the TKI conflict mode instrument and the Actualized Leadership profile) and produce key deliverables including a one-page business plan, and a fearless leader manifesto.

Together, we will dive deep on a number of leadership topics to accelerate your progress and equipped you to lead more fearlessly.

Benefits of Group Mentoring

“A mentor empowers a person to see a possible future and believe it can be obtained.”

~ S. Hitchcock

In the past you may have attended a live training class or online course. Periodically brushing up on your skills through training and coaching is a sensible thing to do. The problem is that once that class is finished, you are left to your own devices with limited support. Life takes over, and you are highly likely to fall back into your old practices and bad habits.

You and your team will need more support to sustain the transformation and to integrate the new learning and leadership capabilities into the workplace.

Group mentoring creates a learning community which promotes diversity of thinking, practice, and understanding. As a participant, you benefit not only from access to an expert facilitator, but from a cohort of colleagues who will support you, challenge your critical thinking, help you overcome struggles and roadblocks, and celebrate your progress and wins.

Participants in the 8-week group mentoring program develop new relationships and allies with like-minded professionals. Their networks expand and they have people outside their normal work bubble that they can tap into for guidance, support and ideas. Group mentoring improves the participant’s capacity to receive and apply constructive feedback from peers.

And participants learn by observing the progress and work of others in the cohort. Some of the best learning comes from listening to the answers to questions that you didn’t even think to ask. The collective curiosity of the cohort brings great value each member.

Nominate Someone

We believe that part of a leader’s job is to develop other leaders. But sometimes deserving employees get overlooked, passed up, and not given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. That’s why we want to work with progressive companies and motivated leaders who embed diversity and inclusion in their talent management strategy, workplace culture, and leadership philosophy.

We want to invest in the hidden leaders in your organization. These individuals may not “look” like what you expect. They may have different backgrounds, experiences and career paths than the other high-potential candidates who benefit from greater visibility and access to executive sponsors at your company.

Bottom line: We can help you groom and develop more women and people of color so that they can become leadership assets for your organization.

The Fearless Leader 8-week group mentoring program will help develop your hidden leaders and provide them the support and opportunity to become stronger contributors and solid leadership assets for your organization.

Applicants that you nominate for you The Fearless Leader group mentoring program must be fully committed to do the work (estimated 4-6 hours/week), be willing to contribute to a cohort learning community, and will take personal responsibility for their professional development. That’s why we require candidates to APPLY for this 8-week group mentoring program.
