WIB Summit Lunch & Greet

Join Kisha Zullo, Kathy McAfee and other motivated professional women for networking and an exchange of ideas on Thursday, May 21st from 12-2pm at The Hartford Club.

Topic of discussion:

“How to say NO with confidence (not guilt)”

Facilitating the discussion will be guest speaker Kathy McAfee, America’s Marketing Motivator. She will share her communication tips and networking strategies to help you navigate those awkward moments when saying no is better for you than saying the obligatory yes.  Whether your challenge is to work the room, or simply to get the work done, confident communication can make all the difference. Come enjoy lunch and an interactive discussion with other professional women who share a similar struggle when it comes to saying “no.” with guilt-free confidence.

Strategies and ideas will be exchanged to help you:
    1. Set boundaries and communicate your priorities without feeling guilty or obligated.
    2. Reconnect with old friends while also meeting new contacts at networking events.
    3. Gracefully enter and exit networking conversations without appearing rude or feeling awkward.
    4. Say ‘No” or “Not now” when you are under deadline while preserving your relationships and your leadership presence.
    5. Decline invitations that take you off course while still supporting your friends and colleagues.

Cost is $35 and includes lunch and parking. Limited space – register online now.
