What we will work on together
You will experience in an executive coaching relationship with me what might be described as a hybrid between communication training, leadership coaching and executive motivation. Our work together will be geared towards grooming you inside and out to increase your “executive presence” – simply put how others view you and your readiness to lead the organization. In addition to smoothing out any rough edges and polishing your style, I will teach you new ways in which you can project more of your talent, power and influence when your present yourself and your ideas to others, including to members of management, your boss and peers, and internal and external stakeholders.
The beauty of the executive coaching process is that it is fluid and flexible and we can adjust it to meet your specific needs. You may choose from specific modules that will help you polish critical “soft skills” required for leadership advancement. (See sample coaching program schedule)
How the coaching program will work
The process of working together will involve both face to face meetings, use of tele-coaching, email correspondence and other technology aided communication. Frequency of contact will be important to facilitate the coaching results you seek.
You will need to commit a minimum of six months of working together as part of the AdvanceME! executive coaching program (phase 1 & 2) . If you are motivated to continue the process, then you may move into the second six months period for Phase 2 executive coaching (phase 3 & 4)
