How many “hats” do you wear in your life? How many roles do you play at home and at work? Are you exhausted trying to wear all of them at once?
Do you find yourself merging your self-identify and self-worth to these roles? What happens when you lose that hat or that role runs its course? What then?
Remember that these hats are not your true self, but only temporary roles that you fulfill. Some of these hats you will wear for long time while other hats you will wear for only a short period of time.
You are Significant – regardless of the hat or role that you wear.

Journey of Significance
Here’s one of my favorite quotes on the topic of success and significane. It’s from Dov Seidman, author of HOW: Why how you do anything means everything
“You cannot achieve success by pursing it directly. Success is something you get when you pursue something greater than yourself. And that something is Significance. You can go on a journey of Significance. On that journey, you can do, make, extend, create, and support value in the world. It is this journey that should bring you success, however you measure it.”
